Village Co. was founded by Callan Rowe, an experienced facilitator, strategic designer and innovation specialist, based in Naarm/Melbourne.

I have a deep experience leading co-design and innovation projects in healthcare, aged care, community services, education, youth services, violence prevention, professional services and Government. Village Co. was born out of the desire to work more relationally and build capacity and capability within organisations.
